The philtrum (also commonly referred to as the medusa) sits at the center of the upper lip, creating a balanced, symmetrical placement. It is typically worn with threaded or threadless flat back studs. Crafted using 14k yellow, white, and rose gold or implant grade titanium, all pieces meet the highest piercing grade standards, including internal threadless push pin, rings, or threaded styles.
