Shipping Carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

International Shipping: If you are located outside the United States, please email nathansjewelryorders@gmail.com with the items you’d like to purchase and your shipping address. Our team can assist with placing your order manually and sending an invoice for payment, including shipping costs.
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any jewelry that has been opened or inserted into the body. All body jewelry is sold in pre-sterilized packaging to ensure cleanliness and safety for our customers. Once the packaging has been opened, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged.
By opening a pre-sterilized package, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
