Shipping Carrier: We typically ship via USPS and do not ship on U.S. holidays.

International Shipping:
If you are located outside the United States, please email nathansjewelryorders@gmail.com with the items you’d like to purchase and your shipping address. Our team can assist with placing your order manually and sending an invoice for payment, including shipping costs.
Returns
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any jewelry that has been opened or inserted into the body. All body jewelry is sold in pre-sterilized packaging to ensure cleanliness and safety for our customers. Once the packaging has been opened, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged.
By opening a pre-sterilized package, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Unopened items with the original pre-sterilized packaging are eligible for return within 14 days for store credit.

We apply a medium bend for your convenience upon purchase so that you're able to inset your own jewelry upon receipt.
It's good to check your jewelry periodically by placing the thumb on the back and a finger on the front and pushing the two ends together in gentle, straight motion to avoid kinking the pin.
If your jewelry starts coming apart often, it's best to go to a professional piercing shop and have the piercer readjust the bends with an approved tool.
