Returns
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any jewelry that has been opened or inserted into the body. All body jewelry is sold in pre-sterilized packaging to ensure cleanliness and safety for our customers. Once the packaging has been opened, the item can no longer be returned or exchanged.
By opening a pre-sterilized package, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Unopened items with the original pre-sterilized packaging are eligible for return within 14 days for store credit.

Seamless Jewelry
Seam rings, whether they're gold, titanium or stainless steel, are more for long term wear and should not be removed often in order to avoid warping and damage to the ring itself.
Do not use tools, especially metal tools, to avoid scratching the hand-polished surface of your ring; this can cause irritations when re-installed, even with healed piercings.
If you're needing to remove your seam ring for any reason, it's best to go to a professional piercer and have them help you with the removal.
If you're needing to remove your rings often, we suggest going with a clicker for convenience.
