Base fee for Tooth Bling Application that includes basic jewelry. Jewelry options can be upgraded for an additional fee at the time of service. 

*Tooth Bling is guaranteed for 6 months as long as aftercare is followed*

Services are NOT REFUNDABLE for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. Being more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment may affect whether or not you're able to be seen in a timely manner.
